Belgian soldier and veteran graves Membach

The Membach cemetery contains a field of honor with graves of Belgian soldiers and World War II veterans.

In addition to the veterans, one resistance fighter who was shot at the Citadelle of Liège is buried there;

BRAUN Hubert Guillaume, age 55, from Membach, resister with the Armée Secret (A.S.), executed at the Citadelle of Liège on June 21, 1943.

Also buried is one soldier who died of wounds received after the war;

HAEMEL Jean, age 32, died 1946, no further details known.
