U-Boat Bunker St. Nazaire

This German bunker was built as from 1941 until the end of the Second World War.

There was room for 20 U-Boats. It was 299 metres wide and 124 metres deep (wide?), with a maximum height of 18 metres.

Nowadays the bunker can be visited.
