War Memorial Zevenhuizen

This monument commemorates the residents of Zevenhuizen who lost their lives during the Second World War. The broken column symbolises the unexpected end to the lives of the war victims.

The monument was unveiled on 29 August 1945. At that time, it stood next to the old town hall, but when the town hall was demolished in 1985, the monument was moved to the Raadhuishof, and in 2025 to the small square at the intersection of Dorpsstraat and Burgemeester Boerstraat.
