Doctors Memorial Utrecht
The 'Doctors Monument' in Utrecht is a bronze statue of three doctors holding up a falling esculape. The image was aimed at the wall with the doctor's oath in the entrance hall of the 'Domus Medica' in Utrecht.
The current location of the statue is on the second floor. The text on the wall is still present, see photo 5.
The text on the pedestal of the statue reads:
"Only a free man can be a good physician"
