Titus Brandsma Monument
A bust of Titus Brandsma and an urn containing soil from Dachau stand in St. John's Cathedral in 's-Hertogenbosch.

On June 17, 1905, Titus Brandsma was ordained a priest in St. John's Cathedral in 's-Hertogenbosch. During World War II, Father Titus Brandsma was arrested in Nijmegen on January 19, 1942, and died on July 26, 1942, in Dachau Concentration Camp by a lethal injection administered by the camp doctor.

53rd Welsh Infantry Division Memorial
In 2019, a plaque commemorating the 53rd Welsh Infantry Division was permanently installed in the Memorial Chapel in the ambulatory of St. John's Cathedral in 's-Hertogenbosch. This was in honor of the commemoration of the liberation of 's-Hertogenbosch 75 years ago.

The Welshcross was presented to the cathedral in 1985.
