'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam three Stumbling Stones were laid on April 8, 2022 for:

ERNST HENRI BIRNBAUM, murdered on November 8, 1942 in Mauthausen.

THERESE BIRNBAUM-BIRNBAUM, murdered on January 24, 1945 in Bergen-Belsen.

JULES BIRNBAUM, deported to Bergen-Belden and liberated.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and two og them murdered in the Second World War.
