Wehrmachtkommandantur / Ortskommandantur Amsterdam
These two villas were used by the Wehrmacht District Administration during World War II. The Wehrmacht Command and the Amsterdam Municipal Command had their offices here. The Municipal Billeting Office was also located at No. 15. This organization arranged the billeting of German soldiers in Amsterdam.
