Memorial Corporal Geury (B) Remersdael
Monument for corporal Geury.
Corporal Geury was the first soldier, of the 1st Régiment Cycliste Frontière (1st Regiment border cyclists) from the baracks of Hombourg, who was killed in action.
He also was the first Belgian soldier who was killed during Word War 2.
He was killed in action on May 12 1940 at this location.
