Memorial Felix Nussbaum
This plaque commemorates Felix Nussbaum, a famous painter who lived and worked here until 1932. Because he was Jewish, he emigrated to Belgium. In 1944, he was arrested in Brussels by the Gestapo. He was murdered in Auschwitz.
