Halverstad bridge

There are 1900 bridges in Amsterdam. Some bridges have been named as a tribute to and in memory of a resistance fighter.

Bridge number 260 was named after Felix Halberstad, who was a member of the Jewish council and had a role in the liberation of Jewish children from the Dutch theatre.
